This one is a year old but you may want to check and see if your swings set is one of them.
Backyard Leisure is recalling about 11,000 Adventure Play Sets and Create N Adventure Wooden Play Sets because the hangers holding the chains for the gliders can break. This could cause a child to fall and suffer injuries. There are 114 reports of glider hangers breaking including three minor injuries such as abrasions and a child being hit in the head by a chain detaching from a hanger. The recalled models include:

- Pathfinder Swing Set Model 65008
- Conqueror Swing Set Model 65208
- Cedar Ridge Wooden Swing Set Model 3008
- Windsor Wooden Swing Set Model 30108

Adventure Play Set or Create N Adventure and Pittsburg, KS 66762 is printed on a plaque in the middle of the swing set’s upper beam. The model number and name is printer on the manufacturer’s instructions that come with the play set. These swing sets sold at Wal-Mart stores and online from January 2008 through May 2008 and were made in China.
